Products & Stock
What products do you stock?
We offer over 300 Butchery items and more than 1200 Deli & Kitchen products, as well as an array of Non-food kitchen essentials. If you’re unsure that we stock a particular item please give us a call on 01986 782241 or email contact@cleveleysfoods.co.uk
Where do our products come from?
Wherever possible, we source products from local suppliers, supporting local businesses while ensuring they meet our high standards for quality and availability. To maintain the quality and consistency our customers expect, we also work with trusted suppliers across the UK, Europe, and beyond when needed. This includes specialties such as Belgian chocolates and pastries, and Spanish and Italian cured meats.
Are your items always in stock?
We pride ourselves on holding strong and competitive stock levels. Rest assured, if something isn’t in stock, we do our best to proactively let you know as soon as possible, this is something many of our competitors cannot offer. We aim to give you a clear lead time on any item that may not be available.
Can you source items you don’t stock?
Yes, we can often source products quickly and efficiently through our large supplier network, just ask us – we are always happy to help.
Ordering
Do you really have no minimum order quantity?
Yes, we do not require a minimum order, apart from in very rare circumstances, which would be communicated with you in advance.
Can I place small or top-up orders?
Absolutely. Our premium service is designed to be flexible, so you can order as often as you like.
Payment
What are your payment terms?
We offer 30-day payment terms, weekly or payment on delivery. We accept BACs transfers, card payments (just phone into the office) or cash, given to our delivery drivers.
Do you offer credit accounts?
We do, subject to approval. Once you have returned the completed forms to us, our accounts team will notify you once your account is open. In the meantime, you can still place orders with us on a payment on delivery basis. You can apply for a wholesale account by completing our quick online form here.
Delivery
Do you offer free delivery and which days do you deliver?
Yes, we offer free delivery, typically with no minimum order value and deliver 6 days a week – Monday to Saturday.

Returns
What if there’s a problem with my order?
If there are ever any problems with your order, please let us know as soon as possible and we’ll aim to resolve it quickly and efficiently. We accept returns on unused items in original packaging (if possible), where we will endeavour to raise a credit. Subject to our returns policy. Contact us to arrange this.

Where are you based?
We have been based in the Suffolk countryside, just outside Halesworth since 1962. Independent and family owned, we focus on providing high-quality products alongside consistent, reliable and responsive service to our customers. We have a fleet of 16 temperature-controlled vehicles covering East Anglia and beyond and have a workforce of over 70 local employees.
How do I place an order?
The simplest way to order is through our online shop, applying for a wholesale account is really easy - just apply by filling in the form here. If you have a preference to place orders over the phone or by email you can call us during our open ours to speak with one of our team directly, leave a voicemail if its out of hours or email your order to contact@cleveleysfoods.co.uk
